Even after only one session, Jessica made me feel comfortable and was learning my needs. Asking the right questions, she was good at pinpointing my grief and past traumas, which led me to see that I had lost myself in the process. Jessica showed me that we don’t have to carry these things forever! While dealing with my loss and releasing past traumas, my energy is at a new height, and I’m becoming much more in tune with myself. I am now moving toward a new future that I love!
